How do their people dress?
What do their armies look like, do they have a uniform or a style or armament?
Do each of the empires have a rune or symbol they endear to?
How would converted people show off their new faith physically?
How would you recognise agents, merchants or ambassadors of each empire?
How would an undercover agent be able to reveal their allegiance?
I am a visual kinda guy so I do like to know.
