[2300ad] Errata and Index

Hi all,

1/ Is there a compiled errata available for 2300ad revised? I note that there are a few errors (such as some tasks listed with d20-style DCs in place of traveller difficulties (e. g. pg261, powered landing (atmosphere), some of the tasks have DCs),

2/ Is there an index available anywhere - the book really needs one!

3/ Is the Traveller GM screen suitable for 2300ad? Is it available anywhere is a pdf?
