2300AD assumed TL

Not sure if this really applies but what is the default TL for the 2300AD setting? 9-ish?

You can't use the standard Traveller TL system for 2300AD. Each Tier country/colony will be slightly different. It is really a mix of TL9 thru TL12.

When GDW were preparing a TNE conversion, TL-12 equated to "old military/ new commercial", and the cutting edge military stuff was TL-13.
