2300AD: Alien Races

A few questions about the 2300AD Rule book.

* I am OK with uplifted Dolphins but what is a Neo-Fin?

* On Page 109 there is a picture of the various races. There is no caption to state which is which. I have some idea about them but would really appreciate if someone could state which figure is which race.
