[2300AD] A question about French Arm Adventures

The blurb says "Combined with The French Arm sourcebook, referees will have between these two books everything they need for months of adventuring through an area of space troubled by a powerful alien invasion". Are both books needed to play the Kafer invasion? In such a case, will they be released together? I can't see any French Arm Sourcebook in the schedule...

I think that "Mongoose Publishing" needs to update their release schedual as April is done and May is almost done and a buch of products have not been released yet.
