2008 Scheduling

Mongoose
Hi all Lonewolf fans and Mongoose people,
this post is just to know if Mongoose Publishing has already scheduled the 2008 Lone Wolf issues.

What should we expect over this year?

Bye,
Fly

Well I'm hoping the multiplayer rpg. It was supposed to be out this december, but Iguess its been pushed back. Way back it appears since there is no hype from the mongoose marketing machine on this yet.

In a recent interview, Aloberto Dal Lago (the artist who makes the covers of the LW books) mentionned that he had done the cover for the new LW RPG and that we should expect it to appear very soon in the upcoming release section of the Mongoose site.

I also heard that JD finished book 29 and that Mongoose has received the document. A rumour of an April release of that book keeps circulating on the net.

Is that this year or next. :)

This year, of course! Mongoose already mentionned that the last 4 gamebooks will be published out of sequence with the other 28.

hmm, probably only for those who bought the mega-deal.
The regular papaerback versions will probably be released in sync with the others.

Oh and col to hear about the rpg blackcat; i hope you are rite.

I don't think so: are they going to wait 3-4 years before releasing the book in its paperback edition? A guy at Mongoose can probably give you an official word on this, but in my mind, both paperback and CE will be out before book 28 gets republished.

The answer is written already in the terms for the Mega-deal:

You will also receive the final gamebooks of the Lone Wolf series, the never before released numbers 29-32, as Collector's Editions, at least four months before the standard versions appear in stores.

Thus, at least 4 months before the paperbacks.
