Does TL10 Cloth Armor Stack with a TL12 Vacc Suit? It says Cloth is " indistinguishable from ordinary clothing". Since you can wear clothing under a vac suit would this mean you could also wear tech level 10 cloth armor? This would give a protection value of +18 if allowed. Mg2e only please.

It doesn't really discuss it from what I could find but does "Expert/3" for Self Aware just mean you can pick a skill of the skill list for Expert, and you have that at level 3 with no cost vs bandwidth? Can I get 3 level 1's as basic?

Question for everyone bringing up Robots. Please first understand that I know little about that book even though I own it. I have yet to actually dive into it. So here it is.... How bad would it be to say that Experts for Robots need to go at the CRB rate? ie. 100,000k for Expert/3?

Another Possible Errata: Prices for Expert in CRB are off from CSC by about a factor of 10. Example: Expert/3-Electronics = Cr10,000 in CSC but same in CRB is Cr100,000. Note that this is the case even with the Nov 2024 update of the CRB.

Wow, I see it too. I have the CRB2022(updated 11-12-2024, the one with the dude on the cover) and the numbers match yours Cr100,000 for Expert/3 Something is a typo.

Nope not missing a thing. That point has been brought up multiple times. What Expert is Cr100,000? I think you are thinking first edition. Cr10,000-Cr50,000 is the norm in 2e. I only ever talk 2e unless I specifically mention 1e. Sorry. No one cares about that. It's about confusion and...

I can do that but there is a poster named Rinku in this thread that seems to have a corrected version already. I'd like to explore that before I ask them to fix something they already fixed.

Which version of CSC2023 do you have? All the other versions found for 2023 in this thread have the 50% mentioned in the text.

Agent/2 giving skill level 2= Cr100,000 (CSC pg69) Intellect/1+Expert/3(computers) = Cr2,000+Cr10,000 = Cr12,000 (albeit, at double the BW requirements, but NOT cheaper) CSCpg70 Same skill level, Cr88,000 cheaper for the intellect+expert.

I just downloaded the 2023 March copy of CSC from Mongoose and it has it in there. I know there could be more than one CSC2023 version. Can you tell which one you have? Is that a screen shot of page 46? from
