    I ordered a book a couple weeks ago and I'm in the US. Yet, I lucked out because they have a warehouse just south of me, so I got my book in two days. While I'm on the subject... I had my local retailer order me a book, but they say it's not in stock. It would be the Lone Wolf Multiplayer...
