    I still think it's easier to cancel parries out than have 2 or 3 or more possible re-rolls in a melee combat. It just prolonged an already long combat, IMO. -Ken

    Is there a reason (I suspect Play Balance), that MegaCity-One Judges can take Brit-Cit Judges as Mercenaries, and Brit-Cit Judges can take several other City Judges except MC-1 Judges?     Not sure how much weight my word carries, but for what it's worth, this is the correct application. The rules as written aren't always concise to every single application, so sometimes we have to suss things out on our own. This is how my group has sussed this situation out. :) -Ken
