Definitly a Monster Manual you could compile a variety of creature from every Sci Fi Era. Dr. Who : Daleks and Cybermen to name a couple. BSG Would be good too, except it would really be Cylons and 12 different kinds plus the crome jobs! Star Trek: I am sure there is a license issue there but...
