Welll.. The publication date in my copy shows 2022.

Not sure if the ships in spinward states used highguard 2016, since it came out in 2022. If they used the high guard 2022 update both would lose the 10% bonus for close structure and neither hull points total would be correct

Highguard 2016 hull points calculated at 1 per 2.5 ton, 1 per 2 tons 25K, 1 per 1.5 tons 200K Add 10% reinforced hull Add 20% close structure High Guard 2022 update kept same except dropped close structure percent. So.. most of the heavy ship hull point didn't add up. Just got spinward states...
