Agreed. I can bring up @CthulhuStig's Auto-Jimmy's Compare Worlds feature and see which make more sense to go to for certain (or all) cargoes. If the sheet doesn't have the map going forward, I will manage.

I don’t feel comfortable explaining in detail. It’ll be here in two months. What I will say is that it addresses the duration that someone can use the accommodations without negative DMs.

I don't believe the signal processor helps with ECM. Hiding, if you will. Only processing what is received, not stymieing others trying to get to you.

I agree with your readings of these rules. As an aside, the retrotech treatment for ship's computers came from the draft of the Vehicle Handbook Update that I beta read for. Definitely an optional rule, even if it is in the final product.
