This is the first time I've been logged on to the MGP forums in nearly a year. Tomorrow - the Ides of March - will be the first game of SST I've played in 13 months! The game is great. The models are great. And by all the evidences posted here (fantastic pix everyone!), it's obvious to me...
Actually, it was a draw between the Bugs & Skinnies in game #1. And we're both winners if you consider we wiped out the carbon-based flesh bags in the second round!!
I'm finally getting around to putting my Robo-Docs (two of them) together for use with various games as terrain and actual proxy elements... but I can't seem to figure out the arms and the official website pic is too small. Anyone have a close up of how the arms go on?!
Much obliged!
2500 points!!
We need more players... I'm tired of playing against your MI and Billy doesn't like MI vs MI! :)
Looking forward to it! I just dipped my 3 Guard Bugs! Yay!!
Hope to see everyone at any/all of the following dates:
Saturday May 19, 1-6pm
Saturday June 16, 1-6pm
Saturday July 21, 1-6pm
In addition to these dates and times at Ravenstone, let's plan on playing at least one session during some opening gaming times at Origins...
Thursday - Sunday July...
I want to convert a couple of 1:43 scale cars into hover cars of the near future. Any suggestions for materials to use to replace the four wheels and to use as an external engine exhaust?! I'm considering designs ranging from Back to the Future (the end of movie 1) to 5th Element, Blade...
Understood and no worries. There definitely is an "8-bit arcade" sense to MvK - the Soundtrack that I went for... which has made it popular with video game people.
Yes - WARS is dead as well (which is a real shame because most of the music is nearly finished).
MvK - The Soundtrack (http://www.cdbaby.com/cd/stratos5) is my new "hot" title. I think it'll work nicely for 2089... anything mecha or anime/manga.
No sorry. THe CD will not be made now. I did just finish and release an orchestrated fantasy score for a competitor's game here...

It's perfect for nearly any fantasy setting that uses elves, dwarves, humans, dragons, and dark magic.
