Can anyone recommend some good fiction or fan fiction set in the Traveller universe? I found a few short stories at fanfiction.com, but not too much else. Or even novels that are pretty close to Traveller? I'd love to read some as inspiration and as a way to understand the setting...

Just curious: are there any plans to revise/republish any of the classic Traveller board games, like Fifth Frontier War, or Invasion Earth? Might be neat to see a modern take on some of them.
