Sorry to rub it in guys, but my wife has just told me my copy of FftD has arrived today. Not sure about the quality of the book yet, I'll tell you on monday if there are any defects.

I've still not received mine, and under their T&C's they say they will get the book out within 28 days. Its now 30 days and counting.
