It depends on the art. If it's good art I would prefer that but if it isn't very good then pics of the figs, well painted, is better. For SST so far I would go with pics of the figures.

Not at all. I'm not playing exosuits because they are good, I'm playing them because I like the fluff, like most stuff. I don't do much fantasy or sci-fi gaming anymore because I find that the "fluff" for historicals is so much more interesting. How do you compare a bunch of guys running...

I don't think I would buy any of those. I would vote for: 10 Grizzly Exosuits, 1 Cougar exosuit: $100 if I had my druthers. I got $100 I'd spend on that one right now :)

The solution to give them both promotions does seem way too fair. I think neither of them should get it until the next game and the first one to get wounded by someone other than the other player, doesn't get the promotion. Or the first one with a treason token gets it. They get it right away...

So far I'm at two. Although I've painted the troops from two other ones for customers. Right now I have a pile of the MI lying around, 5 boxed MI sets plus another box of them from a customer that also contains some hopper bugs, an M8 and an M9. I'll probably get started on them this week.
