The Orieni Empire for B5 RPG and ACTA?

Hmmm , Casually I'm just now writing a future RPG campaing based on the "Lost Marches" , the Centauri name for the are that comprised the eastern area of the Republic , as well as the former Orieni Empire and other neutral territories located in that area . I'm basing a good part of the fluff...

    PPG Cap

As always , that depends of what the GM decides about it . The fact that the PPG pistol is restricted , while its ammo is illegal , is one of the handbook errors , IMHO . You should treat it as a restricted item .

What is the use of the profession skill ?

Depends of how the GM decides to make the pilot earn his/her salary . Really , the profession skill is used to represent in a single die roll how much money a character makes practicing his profession during a certain amount of time without having to bother with details of the character actual...

What is the use of the profession skill ?

Basically to determine how much money he earns every week/month (if he works as a freelancer) piloting shuttles , cargo pods and the like . However , you don´t need to have any ranks in the proffesion skill (pilot) to work as a pilot .

    B52E : Religious Minbari Knowledge

The rules state that they can make any check , so I would let they make checks as per the rules . However , if you want , you can raise the recommended DC on those Knowledge fields in which they lack any ranks .

    B52E Cultural Diversity

I suppose not . They are different classes , and there should be a few differences between them . Makes sense that diplomat is trained to resist scans . Just my 2 cents

    Anything else in the pipeline???

The same for me , but not only about the Orieni  . Some time ago , I wrote a lot of stuff for my campaign (new weapons , new rules...) , and I eventually tried to write an unofficial supplement (the Anla'Shok guide to weapons & armour of known space-2284 ed.) , but RL and my poor english...

[B52E Conversion Thread] One to rule them all !

Doesn't seem like that to me . The Diplomat base class is a more generic approach , while the Ambassador , as a prestige class is more specific , as he works for a government and has access to some valuable government assets .

Have you converted the Ambassador prestige class to 2nd edition? If not , would you mind if I do it?
