Just finished up my Pirates of Drinax campaign that been running since the book launched nearly 7 years ago. Just want to say thank you to all at Mongoose for providing such a great campaign and one of the best values for money/time of play campaigns I’ve run.

I use snapshot in Adobe reader to grab maps and the small illustration on the ship sheets and paste them into 70 x70 squares via photoshop, but I’m sure other free software could do this too.

If you are doing an official character sheet for roll20 please look at the current one on there by one of the forum members (whose name escapes me, sorry). It has a great versatility allowing for PCs, ships, vehicles and creatures to all be inputted.

also the Drinax companion adventure gives him a good reason to think it’s cool. I have it that most of the aggressive stuff is suggested by Rao and the diplomatic stuff by his son. Oleb in the short story is an adventurer so I think he just wants to relive that too.

The thing is it can be as open as Traveller is for PC ideas. Federation groups, outlaws, traders. Tarrant is a great example of a ex-federation background. Dahna comes from a non-aligned world etc. Tech is very well represented by TL too. Federation standard, high tech like the Liberator and...

So with Modiphius announcing a Space:1999 rpg is Blake’s 7 sounding more viable as a Traveller game? As a fan of the show and an RPG writer I’d hope so (and would LOVE to be part if it) but what do others think?
