Those troop types are found in Signs & Portents 91. Most of the stuff made it into Fleets Supplement, but not all. They were a test for Fleets i think.

ACTA doesn't make sense on a hex map, because it has just 4 and not 6 arcs. It should be no problem to use hex bases instead of the round ones ACTA normally uses. There are plenty companies producing them.

The Vuldrok galliot seems to be able to do the job. Armor 3 is quite hard to overcome by most ships up to cruiser level.

ATM i'm thinkling about what to do against the Vuldrok with al-Malik, Hawkwood or Li Halan in smaller point games. Multihit weapons seem to be needed against the armor rule. Decados and some Hazat have enough to overcome armor, but the others... (especially frigates and destroyers)... Decados...
