Hmm...pre-painted miniautres? Forgive me if this has been already asked (but I don't want to wade through 22 pages of posts)... Will you still produce unpainted versions of everything, including the new stuff for those of use who still want to assemble, modify, and paint our own?

Sorry guys, I've been real busy at work lately and will be starting school again here in the next couple of months. I'm also in a slump with miniatures gaming so I'm not sure at this point if this is going to happen (seeing as how Brookhurst never responds to my e-mails anyway).

Chris, I understand but you have to understand that the Army Books did introduce significant differences from the main rulebook army list in terms of points, options, and squad selections. So in short, yes, you need to build your list from the army book. I understand that people have busy lives...

I understand, but there are ways to paint bugs fast. It is not going to be a steadfast rule that everything has to be 100% complete, but keep in mind that you have to paint up about 500 points every three weeks.

If you want to change your roster you can, but keep in mind that any changes at the next point increase need to be painted. So yes, you can increase, decrease, or swap out a unit during the next points jump, but inbetween you will be stuck with what you have.

Excellent! It sounds like there is some intrest. I guess I should get off my behind and finish putting together the information for this. As soon as I get my Solaris network certification test out of the way this week I'll dig into it and get the ball rolling with the guys at Brookhurst.

Okay, as many of you might have heard I am scaling back on my involvement with SST and resigning my position with the Mongoose Infantry as I am heading back to school next month. However, I see that there seems to be some regular play going on at Brookhurst so I've edited this thread title and...

These will be released next year some time. First up is the Skyhook (the smaller one from the movie) and then Nov-Dec this year is the Tac Fighter. Next up is the Slingshot and I think the Viking is last, but don't quote me on that.
