Allowing Plasma-D torpedoes to operate in a manner similar to Federation drone racks (which they mostly do in SFB) would help explain why they're so prevalent on escorts. Maybe it is worth my while to buy an FC rulebook after all.... So, allow Plasma-D torpedoes to fire offensively as normal...
