I just wanted to say a massive cheers to Mongoose Customer Services, in particular Cassie, for going above-and-beyond when sorting out an issue I had with a delivery of Paranoia books. It was resolved at lightning speed, and more than fairly. Yet another reason to keep buying Mongoose goodies...
