A railgun on an armored vehicle is very impractical.
What ISN'T impractical is a railgun on a ship, where there's plenty of fuel and no worries about moving it over harsh terrain.
If anything, this will be replacing Tomahawk and similar systems for supporting land forces from the ocean.
I can see the PLA working with Pakistani forces (PLA) as they're both at odds with India.
I could also see EFTF forces opposing Americans defending Taiwan if it declares independence.
I think we're assuming here that the MEA= the PLO and Iraqi insurgents- which isn't all of it. Egyptian and Saudi Arabian forces use decent American equipment- and Turkey right now is one of the biggest contributers to JSF pat the US and UK.
Thusfar, I don't think there's been a war where a Western power has faced an enemy with a competant force of attack helicopters. Maybe Iran will prove to be such a challenge, but I don't know much about Iranian helicopter forces.

Will the WZ-10 (and Eurocopter Tigre) have AA capabilities in Battlefield Evo? More importantly, will the SuperCobra NOT carry AA missiles, since they don't in RL?
