Going by "Rules as written" armor is made in 'one size fits all' style with the exception of platemail.
Personally I think it is realistic as armor has been mass-produced for the average soldier.
For those who want more restriction for armors you could make them form-fitted for the individuals...

The 'Cimmeria' rulebook says that the Cimmerians think using bows or any kind of ranged weapon is unhonorable not only for the user but for the victim as well.
But if they 'have' to use a ranged weapon (because tactic demands it) they will use ranged...
Rape is one of the "Capital punishments" in the Cimmeria Rulebook if I recall correctly, but it seems that does not count when conquering another tribe, as somewhere there was an Cimmerian insult that says something along those lines: "I will take your wife and daughter as my personal whores"...
Well question 1 is answered in the "Cimmeria" Book. It has a typical "A Cimmerier owns this stuff" list somewhere (Don't have the book here right now).

I always thought it was that the character with this ability had made camoflage (clothing) which your character then uses. like a ghuillie suit. That can work even for desert environment like a sand-colored cloak or something
Errr.... I read the spell different. It says "(any creature of the animal
type)" Not "any one creature". So I would think that you can choose the animal shape every time you cast the spell.
