2.5 months into a campaign using slightly house-ruled Traveller (I'm the GM), it works just fine. I'd buy a book if it was done, but if it isn't, no worries, I can manage as is.

Exactly! Then those of us who still play will be able to stat out whatever ships we want (B5 for a start), as I'm sure that the rules will not be backwards compatible. Add: I will buy the 3rd Ed rules, unless it is impossible to use my B5 fleets with them, in which case I stick with what I have...

Just bought the pdf late last night and have only given it a quick read through but congratulations on a really useful little ship. I look forward to my players buying/stealing/finding it (almost) empty sometime soon!

Thanks all, I think I'll keep a note of all these versions and randomise between them whenever I'm asked this again, that should worry the group!
