Xex, I thik you need to play a different RPG. It sounds to me like you want a Star wars-esque style of sci-fi, which B% aint. Teeps at very high levels can change memories and evemn invent a whole new reality on the fly. But lesser teeps (sorry talia) really can just read minds. The Vp/WP...
