I'm still waiting for EVO, and we're still playing SST here in Iowa. We haven't added much new in a long time tho; we're awfully gun shy after the game got put on hold...and now delayed. But are we going to buy it and play it? Oh yes. But we do plan to be careful and buy slowly and see what...

I'm not so sure the house download only magazine counts as a huge publicity blitz. I haven't seen anything else on any other games sites or in any other game mags...any one else?

I'm with the surgeon. Lots of time is passing with pretty darn limited information. Shouldn't we be seeing ads and reading hype if its an August release?

Theres several of us here in Iowa, playing weekly. I know of at least one other Iowa player outside our area too, and if I remeber right I met one of his opponents. I agree that we just post less then some of the UK guys :).

Yeah yeah, "Me too" posts are rarely good, but come on! Some of us don't like to be brutally reminded when we read the board our system is taking a pause while Mongoose launches another. And, not all of us like modern day mini games...regardless of how cool the new system is purported to be...
