    I think mr.evil is right, what we need is scenario to play :) balance or not, it's not always a necessity on scenarios, it's just something to spice up the games :D

    @DM no one in this thread ever said 'dead' to a system we still love.. :) 'dead' and 'not getting hyped' are two different things (both the word and meaning). In short on this thread, my major concern that modern combat didn't get enough supplement (be it new books, articles, etc etc) to bolster...

    sometimes I would think MEA are very IN NEED of cover (medium cover at least) to get a save :( but I always play MEA on horde, so I could care little less on saving because they are just gonna die anyway :p

    actually there two kinds of 'area effect' weapons work... one is for artillery the other is for 'straight' shot weapon. For artillery, you resolve all scattering, after you determine the location, measure the area effect from that location and resolve the damage per model within those area...

    yes you can (split and rejoin), just remember that seargent are not independent hence he needs at least one fire team intact to him. (yep, that's right, you cannot diminished whole fire team in the list to get -20pts seargeant)

    German heer : Revell miniatures (1:72) I guess that's about every army in the list... the PLA seems little bogger to find for vehicles, you can almost find it anywhere. specific/uncommon vehicles like chinese MBT or shadows, you should ask sandsmodel for it (from evocommand)
