Yo Way Yo

Standing-Stone

Banded Mongoose
Watching right now, been watching it for a while now and wondering why it's never been done or even considered.

After seening the likes of Farscape and Red Dwarf made into their own RPG's.

Why not LEXX?

Good point. I know that Lexx was limited in terms of what was happening, but so was Red Dwarf. Mind you, which season would you base it on? The only real possibility is the 1st season (Tales from the Dark Zone) or prior to it. Season 2 is limited by the destruction of the Light Zone by the Mantrid Drones, Season 3 ends with the destruction of Fire and Water, Season 4 was forgettable.

Not that I know the series as well as you....

I was thinking of the generic rules with plenty of collected background information on the LEXX univerce, planets, Spaceships ( The LEXX) races, monsters, stuff like that.

I wasn't even thinking of the story itself and how the game might written to run parralell to it.

I would say, not to bother at all with whats been on television and just have new stories for the campaigns if copyright allows.

Otherwise, what you have just said seems like good idea.

A campaign written for each season.

So, you'd be looking at the various inhabitants of the Light Zone and the Dark Zone - preferably before Stanley H Tweedle visited them, then? In that case, the best things to look at might be the Insect Wars, the revolt of the Brunnen-G against His Divine Shadow and the rise of the Heretic Cluster. Plenty of stuff to play with there, but very little concrete information.

May His Merciful Shadow fall on ... me. Mainly.

Yeah, something like that.

Like who ever said that RPG'S had closely follow that stories/stories that they were originally based on.

But..... Of course it's always fun to have a character take part in a famous storyline. As I recall using a old Dungeons And Dragons's Character for thewell known Dragonlance campiagn.

That war between the Insects and Brunnen G sounds like a exciting premice for a game.

I think the Brunnen G would be very interesting to write about with their colourfull theatrics......
