These don't:

Crucible of Iron
Mostal
But its these I'm unsure (I've been assuming not):
Atroxic Church

Knights of Saont Volanc
Malkoni True Church
Saint Waertag
Order of Malakinus the Learned
Xemelite Nuns
The Saintly Bookbearers
The Order of Saint Serezos
The Brothers of Charitable Thought

Also If the Atroxic Church is God learner orientated does Sir Ethilhirst and is troop retain their magic on their return from Hell?
