Excellent, so I should be able to get it without paying postage. 
But ask your self is the Cost of Postage more than Retail Mark Up?
I've found that after Import Duties, Shipping and the stores mark up to cover costs I'm saving 5-10 OZ bucks even after paying for International Post, also I'm getting it Months before it will make it's way down the supply chain and in to my nearest Game Store, and that's even if their Distributor decides to offer it to them.

Since I am in the UK, the delay is only a few weeks. I am likely to pay £9 from an online store, rather than £14 from Mongoose.
On the other hand I will be at a tourney at a games shop in April and should be able to get it off the shelf.
