Warrior and WZ551...

does anyone know how many troops/inf. figures...the Warrior and/or WZ551 will be able to transport...

I hope the Warrior can transport 6...so with two Warriors you would be able to move a command section and an Inf. Plt.

Hi Zarr,

The current model of section Warrior carries a crew of 3 Driver, Gunnner and vehicle commander with a dismount section of 7 men.

The Platoon Command version carries 3 crew the same as the section model plus a dismount platoon command team of 4 which includes platoon commander a Lieutenant, Sergeant, radio operator and runner.

There are 4 Warriors in a platoon of 3 section and 1 command vehicle

Well based on his reply I would guess 7.

True very true and given the mongoose future Warrior has a 40mm Auto Cannon I expect it is even less than the current real life section otherwise were would you store all that bulky 40mm ammo.

looks to me like the Mongoose future Warrior may only carry 4 infantry...makes sense since with that rather large maned turret...a lot of space in the guts of the vehicle may be taken up...2 Warriors to carry a 8 man Plt...

looks like I will have to have 3 of them...one to carry the command group plus an extra Infantryman...and two more to carry a Plt...

do not think the same is true for the WZ551...that looks like a remote controlled turret attached to the top of the vehicle...the gunner may be the asst. driver...so the WZ551 may carry 8...

looks to me like the crew is assumed...

the Warrior will be able to carry a boxed set of Brit inf....8 figures...

the WZ551 will be able to carry a boxed set of PLA inf....10 figures...

hey...maybe the BFEvo Warrior is longer to carry the extra troopers...
