Vorlon Agents and the second Edition

I have a Player playing a Vorlon Agent in my roleplays and i have noticed with the second edition they covered the shadow agent but not the vorlon one

i have the darkness and light book just wondering how difficult it will be to port that information over into the new rules

or should i just use the stats for the shadow agents as my base

any ideas

There are conversion rules for characters and such near the back of the 2E book in one of the APpendices. I guess that the VBorlon Agent would be a prestige class?
