Vilani Dictionary

Does anyone know of a good Vilani Dictionary?
Eaglestone's Pocket Empires site is dead and the word list in the Traveller wiki doesn't have what I'm looking for.

I've got this sitting in a directory. It is from Eaglestone and Miller copywrite 2022, 182 pages. Don't remember where I got it from.

Dunno why it didn't turn up when I searched the wiki for 'Vilani dictionary'...
Note that this is not a searchable dictionary.

Some of the Pocket Empires site is waybackable. I still haven't found the parallel text version of the Edict of Surrender and very much would like to.

(I was reading the grammar and said "hey, this looks a lot like Classical Mayan with the serial numbers filed off... not that that's a bad thing.")
