Victory at Sea League at Wexford Hill Hobbies, Kettering OH

My local shop will be starting their Spring 2007 "King Of The Hill" (KOTH) Leagues on March 5. Their KOTH Leagues include a dozen different games, including Victory at Sea and Starship Troopers. A $5.00 entry fee per league pays for a pizza party to be held at the store on April 28. The leagues will run for 6 weeks, during which participants will each play 6 games. Points are awarded (3 points for a win, 2 points for a draw, and 1 point for a loss). At the pizza party, trophies are awarded to league winners, and they also conduct an auction in which participants bid using their KOTH points instead of money. I participated in the Fall 2006 SST League, although I my record was only 2-4, I had a great time. This time I'll try SST and Victory at Sea. Come and enjoy the fun!

At this time, I don't know what the format will be.

Also, I just received an email from my local store. The league will not start on March 5. Instead, it will start sometime later in the spring. I will post an update when I learn more.
