[VAS] Supply Lines Scenario

Quick question on this Scenario from the rulebook

The opening line says both players may choose 5 fleet points freely, later on it states the attacker has 3 - however I suspect a cut and paste error from the previous convoy scenario.

Anyone know which is correct/errata file location at all?
