I have to admit that I am perplexed by the freakishly unfair points cost for Klingon ships in the last tweaking of Fleet update#2. In Federation commander, a federation heavy dreadnought is valued at 276 pts., While the Klingon C10 is valued at 278 points. Yet in the latest version of Fleet update #2, the Fed DNH went from 345 to 360 points whilst the C10 went from 350 to 415, a 65 point increase compared to a 15 point increase for the Fed, And is now only 5 points less than the 420 point Federation battleship. A ship with command +2, 45 Shields eight FA photons, etc. Can someone not see that this is unfair? I also feel that it was unfair to raise the old Klingon DN the C9, to 345, just 15 points below the Federation DNH. My friends and I are going to continue to use the original points cost in the first iteration of the fleet update #2 as we feel the overall points disparity there is far less then the update of the update#2. And I do not feel that this unfair increase in points can be justified by the fore arc double shield rule On these Klingon chips. The arc that benefits only applies to one part out of four, and overall the shields on these Klingon ships are less than those of their federation Counterparts anyway. Please, might I request that there be no unnecessarily harsh responses to my comments? This is my first real post. -
