Two proposed Minbari skirmish ships--feedback wanted

We are about to start a campaign and I will be playing the Minbari, and have tentativley agreed on allowing a revamped Torotha and/or a new Skirmish ships.

I am tentativley puting forward these proposed states but wanted to get some feedback:

Torotha:

Hull 4
Speed: 14
Turns 2/90
Hull 12/4
Crew 15/5
Troops 2

Traits: Advanced Jump Point; Flight Computer; Stleath 4; Dodge 3+

Weapons:
Forward--Molecular Pulsar: R 8", AD: 5 AP/DD/P
Turrent--Shock Cannon R 5", AD 3 AP/AF

Concept: Based (loosely) on the existing Torotha.

The idea is that a Torotha is fast, manourverable, and packs a punch. Also fluff could be that it was the test bed for the Whitestar. Ships packs a bunch but is close in weapons based on the Tigara.

The idea for the turrent AF wepon comes from the Estrahan. Basically, this ship is designed as a fast strike ship capable of indpendant action.

Still vulnerable to fire, but has enhaced defences. Intended to be survivable and pack a punch but still be rather under armored.

Starboard: Fusion Cannon: R 18", AD 4 AP/MB


Concept: a Tigara with it's heavy firepower removed

THe Idea is a more traditional Minbari Ship tht can be used for long distance patrols at a low level, but still retain some independant action.

Any way, these are my ideas, they haven't been play tested, I am merely trying to refine them to play test them.

I think 3+ dodge is a little much when combined with 4+ stealth, 5+ dodge would be better. Minbari also need a patrol ship.
 
My thinking is that I want a ship that is survivable, but will go pop if hit hard, hecne the active defences. to that end, I think I would rather see it sacrafise hit points or even attack power, rather than make it harder to dodge.
 
The Tigara varient is currently superior to the existing Torotha. Perhaps depower the Fusion Cannon to 12" and 3AD, replace the Nial with Flyer.

As to the Torotha, as you statted it, it s way too powerful. Perhaps change the turns to 1/90º, and Dodge (if necessary) 5+. I still think the existing one should have Troops to 4-6.

Alternatively as a varient use the existing profile and replace the Molecular Disruptor with a 15", 1-2 AD Neutron Laser (Beam, P, DD, AP).

AoG fluff-wise, the White star was perhaps based off a Shaveen Patrol Cutter (they were built after teh EA/Minbari War). No Jump Engine, Stealth, Dodge, single forward Shock Cannon and a Fusion Cannon in each arc (or possibly a turret mount). Probably move 14, 2/90º turns.
 
Stats-wise:

Dodge 4+ and the Torotha would be balanced.

The Tigara variant is fine!

I know this is purely for home use so balance is the only real issue at hand given you want to use these already. The Skirmish Tigara won't have as much firepower as you'd like but still comes with a fighter and the Torotha is pretty easy to kill if you hit it with a big weapon but in lower PL games it'll hold up just fine.
