It's not a typo. I don't think that it should be a Raid PL either. There was a long discussion among the play testers. In the end it was the lead developer's call. In my local group, we still play it as Skirmish.
I think it's obvious. That's one of the many problems with the PL system that Mongoose has implemented. That said, I believe that the Trento's should be played as Skirmish.
