TravellerCON in the News…

Here’s an article from Game industry News, which also covers the origins of the convention. Colin also wrote an article about TravellerCON/USA 2023. As I’ve mentioned before, there’s currently nothing to prevent you from hosting your own TravellerCON/insert Regional Reference, except time, sweat and tears.

Here are after action reports from Freelance Traveller on both TravellerCON/USA and TravellerCon (UK). Jeff Zeitlin has been supporting Traveller for decades with this ‘zine Freelance Traveller.

Freelance Traveller - Issue 126 - November/December 2024

Personally, I’ve attended TravellerCon/USA three times and met Marc, Joshua Bell, Charles E. Gannon, John F. Zeigler, Jeff Zeitlin, Colin and a bunch of other fans. No panels, just strike up a conversation, or play in their game.

Hope to see you in Lancaster this October.

Thank you for the hat-tip! Josh, Chuck, and JFZ have also all been on panels at TC/USA, and I seem to recall that Marc also sorta did one from home immediately post-CovIdiocy.

October is a mere nine-and-a-half months away; start planning now! 🙃

Marc was there in person in 2022, IIRC. Maybe it was 2023. You and I had dinner in 2023, due to random available seating.
