Traveller-High Guard Small Craft question(s)

When you arm a small craft using High Guard you are limited to how many ship and "anti-personnel" weapons the craft can carry. How strict is the definition of "anti-personnel"? For example I want the TL-9 assault shuttle the Marines of MTU use to have anti-tank capability without using the ships laser, so can I legally mount a 35mm Railgun (from Supplement 4-5)on the craft? Or am I limited to something like the Gatlin Laser? Or do I have to limit myself to personal small arms?

In relation to the above, what is the ratio between ship d-tons and vehicle spaces? If I wanted to put the TL-9 "Plasma Bazooka" on the external mount and wanted more than one shot how many could I have as the basic version only has 1 shot in the magazine? How many reloads would I get for a 1 d-ton magazine?

Thank you for your time.

Go with anti-personnel weapons as opposed to weapons designed for the anti-vehicle role. A 35 mm railgun isn't designed as an anti-personnel weapon.

So, are you asking if you can break the RAW? Because the example you give explicitly does break the rule. If that is the real question then, yes. As the GM you can house rule anything.
