Transports

I am going to try and put together a collection of line drawings or pics, of top down views of the transports in the game so that when figs are in them they can be placed on the drawing.

I think this will look better than just putting them on the transport card.

If anyone would like them when I am done pls let me know, I doubt they will match Hieros level, but should be servicable.

I will try and have base sized circles that the passengers fit in.

Does anyone know that size of the base on the figs looks about 25mm but I am not sure.

Sounds cool, but realise that real soldiers are not on bases. Hell, if the only way I can get into an APC that is going to get my ass to safety is to spoon the guy in front of me I'm gonna grab him like he's my girlfriend. Just make templates that show the positions of the dudes so if the APC gets hit you'll know who buys the farm and who gets an armor save.

Basicly that is what I was doing and to know who was in each transport.

Thought it would look better than some of the other options I thought of.

Well finding line drawings seems to be tougher than I expected, or they look like a block only, found a few semi cut aways, but not enough going to try a side or iso'ish view, with a row of 24mm circles for the # of passengers, I'll do 2 rows if some passangers are allowed to shoot from the transport.

Plan on doing all Xports in the Evo line
Cargo Trucks
HumVees
May be a boat or 2

Any other ideas folks? What else will we need?

If RL is easy on me 3-4 days I'll post them some where.

I don't know if BF:E will have Hueys, but I'd still like a template so that MY marines can use them.
