TORG

I don't know if you could get the rights to it, but if you could, TORG would be a great choice. Migrate it to d20 (there would be a few tweaks, but not many). It's the kind of game that lends itself well to multiple player interests and multiple expansion books.
It was a great game, but is a dead product now which is a real shame. Many players nowadays are too young to even remember it.
Maybe you could leverage your existing work to make it applicable to Torg (Conan rules, for example, might be tweaked to be used in the Land Below, the Savage Land, and maybe even Orosch) - that could reduce the work needed to be done to get this product line out of the starting gate.

The new West End Games (owned by Hellsreach over on the RPG.net boards) still has the rights to TORG and will be releasing new material eventually after they get their new d6 Sci Fi game "Septimus" (written by Bill Coffin) out to market in the next couple of months.

Luck,
