The Pacific War

Me and some friends want to do a campaign and I've decided to spring on them the pacific war,

However, according to a wikipedia Order of battle, some ship classes that were present arnt accounted for by Vas or OoB, mostly the frigates, the Town class, crown colony, among others, does anyone have any advice?

Run the campaign with the ship classes available?

Isn't the town class included though? Its not called that, but I thought it was.

watch out for S&P (hopefully) over the next few months. I've submitted articles covering the ships that were statted for OOB but which didn't make the edit (there are quite a few!)
