Already got the Core Rulebook, but want to explore the Fall of Tinath campaign and the new alien threat of the Esseray? We have you covered!

The Fall of Tinath is now available separately on Drivethru, and you can grab your own copy here: http://www.drivethrurpg.com/product/210689/The-Fall-of-Tinath?affiliate_id=7242

The Fall of Tinath is a complete campaign for Traveller, set in the same galaxy as the Third Imperium but many, many parsecs away.

The Travellers will visit the world of Tinath, just as it comes under attack from the terrible Esseray, a new alien in race in Traveller whose motives and methods are so far unknown. Discover the Esseray in their many forms, and fight against time as the options for the people of Tinath are gradually taken away as the campaign rushes to its explosive conclusion!

Includes a poster map of the Athwa subsector, situated on a blank Sector Map that will allow the referee to expand this region of space as the Travellers explore the unknown in classic Traveller style.

Congrats on putting out some new material. It's been a long time coming. I will be picking up a copy.

Does anyone know where the CALIDAN Sector (Athwa Subsector) is in relationship other published Traveller Sectors?

Best regards

Far to Coreward and Trailing of Charted Space. Perhaps it will show up on the map some day...

Would the current set of alien races be relevant?

You can, or course, do anything you like in your gaming sessions.

For consistency with the published Traveller setting: unlikely. No explanation is given in the book for how humans ended up that far away from Charted Space, long enough ago to have settled multiple sectors and also have jump drive. Both plausible explanations - Ancient transplants (and reverse-engineering jump drive from artifacts) or a misjump (during the First or Second Imperium) mostly preclude having any of the usual alien races around.

(I lean towards misjump of a Terran ship during the Interstellar Wars as an explanation, but that's just my preference.)
