You can use Craft (hellfire) with many other forms of Hellfire (like the Hulk's ability to create hellfire), but that's all it does. You can't use it to make items - it's just for shaping flames.
Other Craft skills allow you to make items. Hmm. I'll need to provide a list of DCs for those. Eep.
so the craft skill says u can make it at 1/3 the price if u can roll the dc
so the slaver uses soul shapeing to make weapons and armor correct
so does he have to find the soul or just pay one third the weapon price
