The angel gang??

Mongoose
Whats everyones take on this band of outlaws?

I was planning on buying these to start with, but went for judges instead.
How would they work in a limited cred tournament?

Well I'm not sure what a limited cred tournament means, but in a campaign you either take less Angels, or your opponents take mercenaries, or a combination of the two.
In my opinion, I'd rather use the Angel Gang, Dark Judges and Zombie Hordes as "boss fights" of a sort in special scenarios during a campaign rather than have them controlled by a player; if nothing else I think they'd end up boring as hell to play with during an extended campaign.

We've actually been looking at this (several of our forces now outvalue the Dark Judges...) and while I totally agree with the Dark Judges, the Angel Gang and the Zombie Horde can get a bit of variation by adding in mercs as Loyal Followers. Hell, the Angel Gang can upgrade by 5 Mutants every 2 games, which is NOT a bad rate!
