This is next weekend at Burg Stahleck in Bacharach. I'll be there representing Mongoose, and I know several of this forum's regulars will be there too.

Who can I look forward to meeting?

On the games/events side, there'll be a couple of Glorantha panels where we'll be discussing general Gloranthan developments, plus Mongoose specific ones.

I'm also running games of Elric of Melnibone and Gwenthia. I may also run one of the 'Dara Happa Stirs' chapters, if I get the chance to.

Looking forward to seeing people there - do come and say hi (actually you won't have much choice - Tentacles is a very cosy affair!).

Lawrence Whitaker and myself will be hosting an old school fabuluous discussion about Glorantha - Second Age, Third Age, Pavis, Esrolia, Dara Happa, weird Malkioni sects, heroquesting secrets, and many other surprises. We will be arriving with "The Land of 10,000 Goddesses" and various other new releases - and will be armed with rare and never before seen maps from Greg Stafford.

Plus Rick, Loz, David Dunham, Robin Laws and I will be providing some details into the big new Moon Design releases - not more Stafford Library books, but the long awaited Heroquest 2.0 and the new Gateway to Glorantha book.

Here's your chance to test your pet theories, to ask authors what they are thinking, or to corrupt our minds with your ideas! Don't miss it! Be there, or be square!

Elemental Wars: A Tanelorn's Tavern Presentation

The world has changed. Elric has blown the Horn of Fate heralding a new cycle of time. The Elemental Lords of Air, Earth, Fire and Water now have control the shape the world they want. But the world is born with an evil presence: the Black Sword Stormbringer is here, and the Elemental Lords must contend with each other, a new world to shape, and Stormbringer's malevolent presence.


Join Pittel and Loz and determine how the world will be shaped. Four teams representing the four Elemental Lords must meet and do battle to control the Earth - all the while seeking to control the ghastly presence that is Stormbringer...
