Well with Bugs vs BF:Evo stuff that doesn't really matter does it? Bugs don't exist and thus have no true scale...

MI might be a bit more difficult...

"Well we're actually a bunch of giant genetically engineered supermen..."
"Wait you mean Space Ma..."
<Sound of questioner being mercilessly gunned down>

Or maybe MI actually stands for Mutant Infantry...

I'd like an answer to this question as well.Just in terms of Federation, I've got 3 game box sets of MI, reliant teams, roughnecks, heroes, female CAP troopers, LAMI, Marauders, and recently Exo-suits that I want to be able to integrate with future releases and to add to my existing forces.

My specific question would be:

Will the pre-painted versions of the existing models be the same size as the existing models for Starship Troopers?

Thanks.

Oops didn't answer the first question.

Well since they appear to be continuing to stock the existing line (not adding to it though) I would imagine the pre-painted stuff will be in scale, i'm sure Matt has infact stated such, can't remember where though...

the rules are (afaik)very simmiliar, if not identical. however, the games (again, afaik) were never ment to mesh like WM/Hordes do,they just happen to run on the same engine. so yes, the rules allow you to play the game of usmc vs bugs, but point costs, size and everythiong else will be off.

that's how i see it.

Yes he did...

So no scale changes to be expected in SST:Evo. You want to start worrying about that better start worrying already about SST:V3(now THAT would be "in advance" worrying )

Is the size and scale of SST miniatures going to change?

in a word

NO

ive seen them at an open day the only diferance is no flash on the weapons lol so stop panicking.

think of it this way wouldnt it be realy stupid to resculpt the entire range for a size change ? sizes are the same as what you own so fear not.

Well, that makes a lot of sense. And of course you've seen them. Thanks for the reassurance. I was looking forward to filling out some of my units with some pre-painted figures touched up to blend in with my existing painted collection. So size was my primary concern. I'm still a little dissapointed that the BF:Evo figures are smaller as I was originally looking to use them as rebel colonists.
