You start at a distance from your target greater than your movement, so you can not reach him 'walking'. Say after a 20' running start you make a long jump, if you make the jump check, at the end of the jump instead of landing on your feet, you tumble for the remaining 10' and you make the Stunt Attack tumble check opposed by your opponent's attack roll. If yhe check beats the attack's result, the stalker looses his dexterity or strenght bonus to his defence against your attack.
